October 1, 2010 > Armstrong, Neely named athletes of the month Armstrong, Neely named athletes of the month Tri-City Voice Sports would like to congratulate Joe Armstrong of James Logan High School, and Union City American Little League, as well as Roxanne Neely of Cal State East Bay's Lady Pioneers volleyball team for being named athletes of the month for October from their performance in September.
