Two suspects charged with brandishing gun

In two separate incidents on the same day, Monday, August 30, two suspects were charged for gun brandishing in Fremont. A 64 yr old male suspect was taken into custody for brandishing a weapon at 39034 Carmel Court. According to Detective Bill Veteran, Fremont PD, the subject brandished a gun at several meat salesmen after they came on his property. The suspect complied with all commands as Sergeants O'Connell and Crandall supervised the call.
In another case a man held a rifle and aimed it while standing on the roof of a house. Five people came out of the house and two from the roof as Dr. Sgt. Quimson coordinated a surround and callout. According to Detective Bill Veteran, Fremont PD the weapon was an Airsoft rifle. One of those in the group was reported by another agency as a missing emancipated minor. |
