August 24, 2010 > "Stuff the Bus" for Newark schools "Stuff the Bus" for Newark schools Submitted By Claire Torres In this economy it is very difficult for many local families to purchase all the items on the list of supplies that students need to start school. The community can help children get off to a good start by providing much needed supplies. Just come by the Albrae Street Wal-Mart store in Fremont and help to "Stuff the Bus." A big yellow Newark Unified School District bus will be parked at the store, located at 40580 Albrae Street, on Saturday, August 28 and Sunday, August 29, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be collection boxes inside Wal-Mart as well.
