On Monday, August 9, while performing a security check at Old Town Center Officer Ramos located several screw drivers, a head lamp, voltage tester, and latex gloves. A search to the rear of the businesses revealed a pry bar, sledge hammer, and sheers. Additionally, some of the wiring to the rear of the businesses had also been cut. Suspect Joel Vinatieri was arrested in front of Ramirez Market for possession of burglary tools.
A residential burglary was reported on Sunday August 8 on Orleans Drive. A suspect wearing all black clothing was climbing through the kitchen window when the homeowner confronted him. Officer Farley is handling the investigation. Suspect is described as a Black Male Adult or Hispanic male adult, 5'11 tall, 160 pounds.
A male subject tried to climb through the fence at the Emmett Storage yard on Cedar Boulevard. Officer Nobbe arrested him for being under the influence of a controlled substance. |
