Fremont Bank welcomes new Chief Credit Officer

Fremont Bank announced on July 12 that Haruo Tsutsumi has been named Chief Credit Officer and will manage the Bank's commercial loan portfolio. In this new role, Tsutsumi will be responsible for managing the strategic policy, evaluation, approval, management, analysis, and reporting of Fremont Bank's commercial loan portfolio.
Tsutsumi brings more than 20 years of experience in loan policy and portfolio management to Fremont Bank, serving most recently as executive vice president at Pacific Commerce Bank in Los Angeles. He received his B.A. from Sacramento State University and MBA from Golden Gate University.
