July 9, 2010 > Man beaten to death Man beaten to death By Meenu Gupta 58-year-old Timothy Sweeney was assaulted at De Leon Care home on Hollyhock Street in Union City. The victim suffered serious injuries but was not admitted to Washington Hospital in Fremont until 15 hours after he was battered. He passed away at the hospital.
