Residential burglary A 38-year-old Milpitas resident noticed that the rear window of his house was cracked and the back door was damaged. The attempted burglary occurred on Thursday, June 24 between 8:45 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on Edgewater Drive. Nothing was stolen.
Body found at Motel A male body was found in the Park Inn Motel, 66 South Main Street, on Thursday, June 24 at approximately 12:45 p.m. The Victim's identity or cause of death has not yet been released.
Machinery stolen Over $400 worth of machinery was stolen at the 1697 S. Main St. Paramount Construction site on Tuesday, June 22 at 7 p.m. An air conditioner and a water heater was stolen. This case is under investigation.
Building property stolen Copper pipe was stolen from the roof at Adaptec, 691 S. Milpitas on Sunday, June 20 at approximately 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Police are looking for a suspect involved in the theft of this property valued at $400.
