Public Hearings Approved the diagram and levied the annual assessment for Landscaping and Lighting District Nos. 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 10, 11, 13, 15, 16 and 7 for FY 2010-11. Approved establishment of a wireless telecommunications facility (Clearwire) at 37800 Timber St. Approved establishment of a wireless telecommunications facility (Clearwire) at Comfort Inn & Suites, 5977 Mowry Ave. Presentation of Final Environmental Impact Report and development agreement on the Newark Area 3 and 4; no resolution passed.
City Manager Reports Filed application to expend funds from CalRecycle Used Oil Payment program at approximately $10,500 annually. Approved agreement with HF&H, LLC (previously Hilton, Farnkopf & Hobson) for technical assistance with recycling efforts for $21,000 for FY 2010-11. Approved property tax revenue allocation of $9,036,000 for the support of City departments for FY 2010-11. Approved 2010-11 Appropriations limit to $254,697,190. Adopted 2010-12 Biennial Budget and Capital Improvement Plan. Approved amendment of 2008-10 Biennial Budget and Capital Improvement Plan for FY 2009-10. Approved amendment of schedule of hourly wage rates for part-time, seasonal and temporary classifications, effective July 1, 2010.
