June 18, 2010 > Expected Traffic delays near Newark Memorial High School this weekend Expected Traffic delays near Newark Memorial High School this weekend Submitted By Commander Robert Douglas, Newark PD On Saturday, June 19 graduation ceremonies will take place at Newark Memorial High School. Motorists should expect traffic delays on Cedar Boulevard between Mowry Avenue and Stevenson Boulevard between the hours of 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Due to limited parking spaces, those attending the graduation ceremony are encouraged to carpool and use the parking lots on the east side of the campus along Cedar Boulevard. Local business parking lots adjacent to the school should not be used by those attending the ceremony. For those persons with disabilities, parking will be available near the baseball fields.
