June 11, 2010 > 23rd Annual Cougar basketball camp 23rd Annual Cougar basketball camp Newark Memorial's boys basketball coaching staff will be molding the young basketball minds for a week - Monday, July 12, through Thursday, July 15. Held at the Silliman Activity Center, coaches of the Cougars team that went to its second CIF State Championship this past March will be teaching the game of basketball in the 23rd Annual Cougar Basketball Camp. There will be two sessions of camps: junior cougar basketball; and boy advance cougar basketball. In the junior cougar basketball camp, boys ages 8-12 will learn the game from 9-11 a.m.; and for the advance cougar camp, boys from 12-15 years will take to the court from 11:!5 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. The 23rd Annual Cougar Basketball Camp gives young basketball players a chance to learn the game of basketball from the Newark Memorial men's basketball staff and players.
