Daryl Sequeira Alexander Mabutas Handang, 36 year-old male, San Jose resident was arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail for possession of a controlled substance for sale, transporting a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon, and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Handang was under the influence of a controlled substance and carried a stun gun, a small amount of cash, and a controlled substance inside the vehicle when he was stopped on the 400 block of Marylinn Drive. The controlled substance was suspected to be methamphetamine, and the gross weight was approximately 9 grams.
