At 0916 hours Officer Horst responded to the EZ8 Motel and arrested Kimberly Bell (D.O.B. September 17, 1964) for an outstanding traffic warrant. At 1336 hours Units responded to the Fremont Bank in Safeway for a reported 470 PC in progress. California Penal Code 470 PC prohibits forgery. Arrested were Daniel Kern (D.O.B. September 7, 1969) and Daren Richardson (D.O.B. June 28, 1965). Wednesday, May 5 At 1402 hours Officer Fredstrom arrested a male juvenile for possession of spray paint/graffiti material and vandalism at Taco Bell South.
