May 4, 2010 > Milpitas Crime Beat Milpitas Crime Beat Courtesy City of Milpitas Monday, April 26 Officers arrested Albert Murrieta, a 47 year-old man on charges of the possession of narcotic drugs and possession of methamphetamine. The arrest was made at about 2:26 a.m. at the 200 block of Washington Avenue. Tuesday, April 27 Officers arrested Akemi Lagier, a 19 year-old male on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol. The arrest was made at about 11:13 a.m. at the 1500 block of Canton Road.
