April 21, 2010 > Friday Night Fun for High School Youth Friday Night Fun for High School Youth By Alex Harmon The Hayward Youth Commission (HYC) is sponsoring its second "Hayward Fusion" program, an event for high school aged youth to hang out and have fun on a Friday night. Music, games, bungee runs, tournaments, an open gym, snack bar, and more are planned for only $3 with a valid high school ID card. The first event was held in January and participants enjoyed it so much, a second fusion event was planned. "It was a good place to meet new people" said Marisa Lomeli, a Hayward High student.
