Susan Stark was introduced to Council as Interim Finance Director. Fran Robustelli was introduced as Human Resources Director by the Acting City Manager. Public Comment Charlie Peters, Clean Air Performance Professionals, reminded Council he had delivered a 100-page document about air quality and AB 2289 (Eng) (smog check program, testing and penalties) on March 23. Council and Peters agreed staff be given more time to digest the documents contents.
