Suspect arrested for Attempted Sex Offense

Milpitas Police Department recently reported that Keng Hua Bai, also known as "Ken," a 20-year-old male, Cupertino resident, sent inappropriate sexual communications via the Internet to a 16 year-old female high school student. Further investigation revealed, he also solicited pictures from the victim and tried to contact her in person. On Friday, March 19 Keng Bai tried to contact the victim in Milpitas, and he was arrested for sending harmful matter to a minor and for attempting to contact a minor with the intent to commit a sexual offense. Bai was booked into the Santa Clara County jail.
