Organization will use an integration of neighborhoods, centers, employment districts and open space across land uses instead of "silos" which separate each element. Form and structure of the City is envisioned as the result of a balance of a higher intensity city center, neighborhoods, town centers, transit-oriented development and open space. Mobility and Character elements of the General Plan will be presented in April. No Council Action required Redevelopment Agency: Amend Exclusive Right to Negotiate agreement with Blake Hunt Ventures, Inc. and Centerstreet Development LLC to continue beyond the 210-day period ending February 28, 2010. Recognize the negotiated terms of the Agreement (Term Sheet) leading to a refined proposal and complete negotiations for a Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA).
