March 17, 2010 > Art scholarships available Art scholarships available Olive Hyde Art Guild has three scholarships available for Fremont seniors taking high school art classes. First place will be awarded $2,000, and two honorable mention winners will be awarded at $1,000 each. These awards are to go toward college tuition and supplies at the award winning student's selected college. The art teacher recommending the 1st place student receives $500 for classroom art supplies. Winning students' art will be showcased at an Olive Hyde Art Guild reception in early June.
