February 24, 2010 > Open studios applications due Open studios applications due Submitted By Lucinda Bender The purpose of the Fremont Art Association (FAA) is to foster, promote and encourage the production, cultivation and appreciation of art in the community. One of the many ways the association accomplishes this is by organizing and hosting a substantial and diverse annual Open Studios Tour. Open Studios will provide guests in and outside of the community the opportunity to view and purchase original works of art from many of the accomplished artists in the Tri-City area. The 2010 Tri-City Open Studios Tour will take place Saturday, May 1 and Sunday, May 2. Mark your calendars, as you won't want to miss this rich and complex art event. March 15 is the deadline to submit your application and a high resolution jpeg image of your artwork. Applications are available on-line and at the FAA Gallery.
