Indecent exposure suspect arrested in Milpitas

On Sunday, February 14 at approximately 5:24 p.m., Milpitas Police Officers responded to an indecent exposure incident at the Milpitas Community Library located at 160 N. Main Street, where Gutierrez had exposed his genitals to an unsuspecting female patron. Gutierrez left the Milpitas Library before officers arrived but officers located him walking along the 38 (B) of North Main Street. After further investigation, Gutierrez was arrested for indecent exposure and an outstanding warrant.
Anyone with information regarding similar acts involving Gutierrez is encouraged to call the Milpitas Police Department.
