Recognitions: Certificate of Appreciation to AT&T Foundation in recognition of a $20,000 grant to the City's Infant Toddler Program Recognition of League of Women Voters 90th anniversary Road survey and funding alternatives for city streets was presented by staff. At present funding level, roads will degrade to unacceptable levels in the next 10 years. Although Stimulus Funds and grants have helped to maintain main thoroughfares, adequate funding sources are unavailable at this time. No Action Required.
