January 27, 2010 > Guitar and Mandolin Duo return to the Milpitas Library Guitar and Mandolin Duo return to the Milpitas Library Submitted By Melanie McInerney Popular guitar and mandolin duo Dorian Michael and Kenny Blackwell will appear in a repeat performance at the Milpitas Library on Wednesday, February 3 at 7 p.m. Dorian Michael describes himself as a "blue-collar guitarist" with a background in blues and folk, jazz and rock and roll. Kenny Blackwell was a founding member of the legendary Laurel Canyon Ramblers; his work has been heard on TV and movie scores. They'll be playing "contemporary traditional" tunes reflecting their years of experience and interest in a wide variety of musical styles.
