Police looking for suspects in shooting on Selwyn Drive

On December 30, 2009, at approximately 7:21 p.m., the Milpitas Police Department Communications Center received a call about a shooting that occurred on Selwyn Drive. Personnel from the Milpitas Police Department and Milpitas Fire Department arrived and were unable to locate any victims. At approximately 8 p.m. a local hospital reported two males with gunshot wounds arrived at their Emergency Room. Both are being treated for what are expected to be non life-threatening injuries.

During the investigation, a third victim was contacted. His injuries did not require medical attention. The investigation is on-going.
