Accept ownership of Niles Town Plaza property from Redevelopment Agency
Approve Memorandum of Agreement with San Francisco Public Utility Commission for an easement for Pipeline #5 project through Fremont.
Receive a grant from Association of Bay Area Governments (ABAG) for Bay Trail Gap Feasibility Study.

Adopt a resolution that requires new non-residential condominium conversions to set aside a capital fund to anticipate major expenditures for a five year period from inception. City Attorney indicated that the funds may be taxable and add to the cost of the fund to a developer and/or owner. Vote 4-1 (Councilperson Harrison dissenting)
