The amended Plan will raise the current cap of $400 million by $1.1 billion to a total of $1.5 billion. Revise commercial, industrial and other non-residential condominium development standards. Require an initial five year reserve fund for replacement and repair expenditures and limit fractionalized ownership within 1/2 mile of BART stations and Centerville Train Station. Minimum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) requirements in these areas will help direct development to follow Transit Oriented Development (TOD) guidelines. A Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) addresses appropriateness, design, and operational characteristics of non-residential condominium conversions.
