Authorize an application to Metropolitan Transportation Commission for $770,000 of Federal American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds to improve Osgood Road.
Recognize T.G.I.F. Body Shop, Inc. as a Bay Area Green Business
Acting as Fremont Redevelopment Agency... Authorize submission of Plan documents and Final Subsequent Environmental Impact Report (SEIR) to Planning Commission. The amended Plan will raise the current cap of $400 million by $1.1 billion to a total of $1.5 billion.
Revise commercial, industrial and other non-residential condominium development standards. Require an initial five year reserve fund for replacement and repair expenditures and limit fractionalized ownership within 1/2 mile of BART stations and Centerville Train Station. Minimum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) requirements in these areas will help direct development to follow Transit Oriented Development (TOD) guidelines. A Zoning Text Amendment (ZTA) addresses appropriateness, design, and operational characteristics of non-residential condominium conversions.
Adoption of Resolution of Necessity (Eminent Domain) to acquire properties on Kato Road and Kato Terrace for Kato Road Separation Project.
