The Fremont Senior Center is continuing a series of monthly dinner and dancing events. Sixty participants recently enjoyed the first Evening by the Lake and indicated they are looking forward to the next in the series featuring an Italian theme. A second Evening by the Lake will be held on Friday, November 20 at the Fremont Senior Center including dinner, dancing and a bit of Italy. Chefs Ron and Jeffrey are prepared to dazzle palates with an Italian menu including antipasti, osso bucco, pasta, Italian vegetables, salad, dessert and wine. Musicians will be on hand to add an air of romance. By the way, Ron and Jeffrey, chefs on the Senior Center staff, prepare tasty and inexpensive lunches served at 12 noon Monday through Friday.
