October 21, 2009 > Tennis recap Tennis recap By David J. Nicolas San Leandro High School handed Moreau Catholic High School its fifth loss of the season and won 4-3 on October 13. The Mariners defeated Tennyson High School 6-1 in the team's second match of the week. They are now 5-5 in the Hayward Area Athletic League. Moreau Catholic's Jana Lee and Hazel Cruz continue to prove they are two of the best one-two singles punches in the HAALs. The last time Lee and Cruz lost was September 22.
