September 16, 2009 > Kiwanis Club of Fremont holds donation breakfast Kiwanis Club of Fremont holds donation breakfast Submitted By Shirley Sisk On Tuesday, September 22, the Kiwanis Club of Fremont will present checks to four local organizations at their regular breakfast meeting held every Tuesday at 7 a.m. in the Harvest Cafˇ at the Fremont Marriott, 46100 Landing Parkway. "Serving the children of the world" is the principal focus of Kiwanis. However, the Fremont Club, as do many of the 8,500 Kiwanis clubs in 80 countries around the world, also serves seniors and those in need of food, shelter and health services. Checks will be given to: SAVE, Newark Educational Foundation, Centerville Free Dining and the Fremont Symphony's Children's Concert.
