Sign the Bay Area Climate Change Collaborative Charter of the Bay Area Climate Change Compact. Direct staff to work with this group to create goals and effect actions for positive environmental changes to the Bay Area. It was noted that Fremont, as one of the largest Bay Area Cities, should be involved in the formative phase of this discussion.
