Branson theater's restrooms voted nation's best

BRANSON, Mo. (AP), Aug 20 _ The Shoji Tabuchi Theatre in Branson features golden chandeliers, antiques, marble fireplaces and a hand-carved mahogany pool table _ inside the 1,800-square-foot restrooms.

Those luxurious touches helped the theater win an online vote for ``America's Best Restroom.'' The contest was sponsored by Cintas Corp., a hygiene product and service company.

Nominees included restrooms at restaurants, hotels and theaters. Voters ranked them on hygiene, style and public access.

Runner-up was Baltimore's Tremont Plaza Hotel, while the restrooms at New York City's Radio City Music Hall took third place. The sponsor says thousands of votes were cast.
