Approved the Association of Bay Area Governments' (ABAG) regional Residential Seismic Strengthening Plan for wood-frame houses. Applied to the State of California Department of Housing and Community Development for Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program grant for no more than $900,000. Redevelopment Agency to issue $40M of bonds to finance the acquisition and construction of a 100-unit multi-family housing rental facility by Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition on the corner of 11th Street and Cheeves Way in the Intermodal Station District.
