Consider recommendation of Human Relations Commission for 100 percent smoke-free outdoor dining in unenclosed dining areas. Direct staff to return with an ordinance for approval.
Increase funding for an additional loan of $3,650,350 for Allied Housing Main Street Village project in Irvington District.

Designation of Vice-Mayor Anu Natarajan as voting delegate to League of California Cities Annual Conference. Councilmember Chan will be the alternate.
Presentation by San Francisco Public Utilities Commission of the current upgrade project which will impact water supplies for the Tri-Cities among others and crosses three major earthquake faults. The East Bay Pipeline contract is currently out to bid. Pipeline construction is expected to begin Spring 2010.
