July 15, 2009 > Seals down Gators Seals down Gators Submitted By Victor Seeley East Bay Swim League returned to action after a week off over the holiday weekend. The Warm Springs Gators was defeated on the road by the up-and-coming Kennedy Seals this past Saturday, July 11, at American High School, 618-415. During the swim meet, many Gators swimmers put up season best times, but in the end the cross-town rival Seals were too strong. Warm Springs' coaches were very proud of their swimmers efforts in the defeat and praised the Seals for being wonderful hosts. The final dual meet of the Warm Springs Gators EBSL season takes place this coming Saturday, July 18, at 8 a.m., when the Gators will host Washington Manor Dolphins of San Lorenzo, at Warm Springs Cabana Club in Fremont. Several Gators achieved season-best times, including, for the girls: Catherine Doering, Yamini Pattan, Morgan Seeley, Angela Watkins, Shawnna McAvoy, Carly Turner, Vanessa Sarge, Sherene Victor, Talia Menezes, Alexis Lira, Casey Primeau, Emily Lopez, Emily Grant, Danielle Powell, Katie Parissenti, Katie Delang, Patricia Denyer, Mandy Carlson and Kinsey Mead; and for the boys: Oliver Sullivan, Austin Cheng, Owen Schmitz, Alessandro Dalla Ricca, Nathaniel Sullivan, Francesco Dalla Ricca, Eeshan Sharma, Ethan Kaye, Dylan Watkins, Gavin Scully, Amol Sharma, Andrew Mack, Max Fontes, Anthony Laus, Jackson Ravizza, Ryan Muldoon, John Fontes, Michael Avina, Mikey Parissenti and Mitchell Grant.
