July 15, 2009 > We will miss Richard Belcher We will miss Richard Belcher I called Fremont Cultural Arts Council (FCAC) Vice President, Richard Belcher to thank him for covering FCAC activities while I was on vacation and heard that he had collapsed while walking in the park and passed away at Washington Hospital ICU. We have lost a darling, sweet man. Richard was always a strong advocate of art for children and also served on the board of Stage 1 Theatre. He was quick to volunteer for all FCAC events and worked hard on the Cross Cultural Arts Exhibit and Art in the Park at the Shinn House this year. We will miss him dreadfully.
