Amend ordinance to create an exemption for clean technology businesses from business taxes for a defined period of time. Award a service agreement with Mark Thomas & Company not to exceed $250,000 for Niles Depot pedestrian crossing feasibility study. Other Business: Adopt resolution approving East-West Connector project. Recommend a Citizen Advisory Group to review mitigation action included in Environmental Impact Report. Redevelopment Agency: Amend Service Agreement in the amount of $137,125 to continue operation of the Niles Golden Spike program.
