July 1, 2009 > Red White and Boom Red White and Boom Milpitas celebrates our countrys Independence Day with a day full of water fun and an evening of ground fireworks. Jump in the pool party at the sports center with music and games from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Space may be limited at times due to pool capacity. Dive in to the Milpitas Firefighters Barbecue and Jamba Juice from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. There will be a nominal fee. Come join an evening of music from JamFunkShus and Red, White & Boom fireworks display. Bring a picnic dinner. Fireworks begin at approximately 9:30 p.m. Free admission to all events. Fireworks and concert event limited to the first 10,000 people. No alcohol, glass bottles, dogs or other animals allowed at the events. No barbecuing or tailgating in the parking lot.
