Kathy Hesser, RN, Washington Hospital, will teach the benefits of exercise and how exercise can help us maintain our health and functioning as we get older. We will discuss the challenges that prevent you from starting a walking or exercise program. Learn simple exercises that will improve your strength, flexibility and range of motion. Pathways to Positive Aging presents four seasons of health, a year-long series of seasonal events to promote healthy aging. Exercise for Seniors is part of the Season 3 activities.
