On Wednesday June 3, at a ceremony held at John F. Kennedy High School, Bob Wieckowski proudly bestowed the title of Wieckowski Family Scholar to three Kennedy Seniors; Oscar Rivera, Kelsey Stoeppel and William A. Dewlaney. Each scholar was awarded $1,500 to cover first year costs of books and materials at college. Wieckowski scholars possess high academic achievement as well as athletic ability and sportsmanship during their attendance at John F. Kennedy High School. Scholars also exemplify well roundedness in their education and a commitment to community involvement following their university education.
