A Planned District Amendment had been approved in 1990 to allow Double Wood rather than the Avalon Homeowner's Association to maintain and develop the westerly 400 acre open space as an 18-hole golf course. Purchase 120 portable radios in the amount of $420,899.82 as part of Assistance to Firefighters Grant and communications upgrade project. Amend Master Fee Resolution to update Recreation Services Division facility use and service fees. Amend Master Fee Schedule to update Youth and Family Serices counseling fees, Family Resource Center family case management fees, Aging and Family Services senior case management fees and paratransit fees. Approve Traffic Improvement Program Award contract for signal maintenance and repair to Republic ITS Delegate authority to City Manager to approve loans and advances between certain city funds to a maximum of $40M for an individual loan or advance and a aggregate maximum of $100M. Approve Bay-Friendly Landscape requirements for city landscape projects and encourage private development applicants using a "scorecard" of bay-friendly practices. Submit an application to Department of Energy for a block grant of $1,891,200 for energy efficient projects, programs and "Green Packages" project with Stopwaste.org.
