June 10, 2009 > Time for Sports Campers to Register Time for Sports Campers to Register Submitted By Tom Rosenthal Registration is under way for James Logan High School's annual summer sports camps, Athletic Director Tom Rosenthal reports. Camps open to students as young as 7, depending on the sport, beginning as early as June 15 and run as late as August 20. Cost is $25 to $80, depending on the sport, length of camp and age group. Sports include football (grades 9 and 10-12), wrestling (grades 5-8 and 9-12), track and field and cross country (grades K-12), boys basketball (grades 5-8 and 9-12), girls basketball (grades 6-8 and 9-12), boys water polo (grades 8-12), girls and co-ed water polo (grades 5-9 and 8-12), girls soccer (grades 6-9), girls volleyball (grades 7-12) and girls softball (ages 8-12 and 13-17). Registration forms are being sent home in elementary school weekly packets and distributed in middle school physical education classes and through high school coaches.
