June 3, 2009 > Bill Mancebo's player spotlight: Cyle Glidewell Bill Mancebo's player spotlight: Cyle Glidewell This week's player spotlight takes us to the Mission San Jose Challenger Division and introduces us to Cyle Glidewell of the Dodgers. Glidewell, 19, is a well-focused first baseman. Playing baseball doesn't stop at first base, as he is capable of playing every position on the diamond. Observing and playing baseball are his passions and he has learned some of his best stuff by keeping an eye on his favorite player, Nick Swisher. Between the discipline of his daily workouts, Glidewell keeps fit and lean with a tasty bowl of ramen noodles. Glidewell studies hard at the Young Adult Program and has also learned a lot with his expert computer skills which he uses to his advantage by surfing the Internet as often as possible. When it comes to fun, Glidewell enjoys anime comics and spending time with close friends.
