City Commission/Committee Reports Reviewed proposed FY2009-10 budget for Youth & Family Services Division. Amended the City's compensation plan and added YFSD employee positions, funded through Measure UU and the CalGRIP grant, to the City's authorized position list to allow the YFSD hiring process and program to begin.
