On Saturday, April 4, local residents can enjoy bagpipe bands, Highland and Scottish Country dancing, authentic Scottish food, folksingers, craft and jewelry vendors, clan booths, Scottish fiddlers, harpists, historical re-enactment groups, birds of prey demonstrations, and more at Ardenwood's Tartan Day Scottish Faire 2009. The annual event provides entertainment and things to see and buy for anyone who is Scottish or wants to be for a day. Kilts optional.
