Keynote speaker Deborah Roderick Stark, First Five Alameda County commissioner, will present "Every Child Counts." Newark Mayor Dave Smith will be master of ceremonies. The evening begins with a social hour at 6:15 p.m. March 27, followed by dinner (vegetarian meals available) and complimentary wine. Entertainment will include Dancing Without Borders, Mountain International Dance Company, and Canyon Band. Tables for 10 are available for $800.
