Jose Rafael Castro of Union City was recognized recently for achieving 10 years of safe driving without a preventable accident. Castro has been a professional truck driver for 12 years with FedEx in Oakland.
"The fact that Jose has reached this important milestone shows his commitment to making the nation's roads safer for everyone," said Managing Director Daniel Rubado.
