The 18th annual "An Elegant Affaire" benefits the Tri-Cities League of Volunteers' Arts in Schools Program for Fremont, Newark and Union City. Five celebrity chefs will prepare "LOV around the World" at Newark Pavilion. The LOVe begins with hors d'oeurves and champagne cocktails, followed by a five-course meal. Come prepared to bid on auction and silent auction items. Tickets are $75 and must be purchased in advance from www.lov.org or (510) 793-5683.
