Ordinance creating licensing requirements for places of entertainment
The purpose of the ordinance is to regulate the operation of entertainment establishments that include three concurrent elements: consumption of alcohol, dancing and amplified sound. Licensing authority is placed with the chief of police and subject to renewal every two years.

Substitution of lease security for 2008 fixed rate Certificates of Participation
A proposed resolution to substitute Maintenance Center property for three properties - Development Services Center building and Fire Stations 5 and 10 - used to secure debt service payments. This action affects leases between the City and the Fremont Public Financing Authority.

Update on former city Corporation Yard
A presentation and discussion of the possible use of Fremont's former corporation yard located on Sequoia Road for affordable housing or, as an alternative, sale of the property. Pros and cons were discussed including more direct access to Centerville Depot and setbacks which have an effect on the amount of usable land.
