District Attorney Carr will be presenting an update to the business community at Zahir's Restaurant, 174 W. Calaveras Blvd., Milpitas. The event, which is co-sponsored by Allied Waste Services, will being with a networking reception from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., followed by the luncheon, program, and 1 p.m. adjournment.
