January 14, 2009 > DeVry University celebration DeVry University celebration Submitted By Angela Meluski DeVry University is inviting the Tri-City community to help celebrate the past 10 years of academic service with an event full of fun activities, free food and drinks, and a piece of a 10 foot by 10 foot cake! Bring the family out on Saturday, January 24 where young children will enjoy pony rides, a petting zoo, and jumping house; teenagers will participate in a fun video game tournament; and adults will enjoy live music and meet a few Oakland Raiderettes. To mark the 10-year anniversary, DeVry University will pledge 10,000 hours of community service to the Tri-City area, furthering its commitment to the community. For the past decade, the DeVry University Fremont campus has been open to educate students in various fields including Computer Engineering Technology, Business Administration and Biomedical Engineering Technology.
