December 17, 2008 > The Chamber of Commerce wants you to shop and dine The Chamber of Commerce wants you to shop and dine Submitted By Frank De Smidt The Milpitas Chamber of Commerce, along with Peek-a-Boo the Elf, participated in a Christmas retail promotion on Saturday, December 13 at Marlowe's Flowers and Gifts in Victorian Square. The chamber also collected canned goods and toys in front of Marlowe's Flowers for the Holiday Drive. The Milpitas Chamber markets the drive, plus they have a barrel in the Chamber office. Morando always works with George Perez to get the word out. They collected canned goods and toys at our holiday mixer at Huntford Printing. The office also sends e-mails to our members to remind them about the drive. "The chamber is a resource, so we work to connect people" said Morando
